​This is how VOXR SmartFeedback works with the SMARTCloud:

  • ​You use the VOXR SMARTCloud and create two actions in the VOXR for it.
  • ​​You ask your participants two questions one after the other and collect the answers separately in these two actions:
  • ​"What did you like about this event from an organizational point of view? - Just write straight away".
  • ​"If you were to organize the next event next year, what would you change? - Just write straight away".
  • ​That's it, ​your Feedback is​ ready! (​read on...) ​

​The answers to the two questions are automatically filtered with the VOXR SMARTCloud, grouped by topic and clustered.

You can see the evaluated feedback of your participants (clustered by topics) per question at a glance!

You do not have to show the feedback cloud to the audience. This is - like a feedback sheet - only for you.
