  • The TOOL VOXR.com does not collect any personal data from the audiences whats-o-ever and is therefore by default and without you doing anything automatically 100% GDPR compliant.
  • These INFORMATION / SALES pages VOXR.org (note the .org/.com difference) are 100% GDPR compliant too, but, by contrast, these pages will, if you give your consent or when its necessary for (pre-) contractual purposes collect personal data, but in the leanest possible way and, again, GDPR compliant.

The privacy policy described here does not apply to facebook.com/voxr.org. The content shown on this page is posted by us there, on Facebook, but exclusively FOR FACEBOOK USERS. On facebook.com/voxr.org Facebook, as the operator, will probably collect data, including personal data, in particular if users are logged in beforehand. You can find out what these data are on Facebook. For users who are not on Facebook and want to protect their data, we generally advise against the use of Facebook, this also applies to facebook.com/voxr.org. You will find all essential information at any time here on voxr.org, where no personal information is initially collected.

We use on our website "Google Analytics", a web analysis service of Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (hereinafter referred to as: "Google"). Google uses cookies, which are small text files placed on your device, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about the use of our website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. If anonymisation of the IP address to be transmitted by the cookie is activated on the website ("IP anonymisation"), your IP address will be previously reduced by Google within member states of the European Union or in other signatory states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of our website, compiling reports on website usage and providing us with other services relating to website and internet usage. Pseudonymous user profiles can be created from the processed data. The IP address transmitted when using Google Analytics is not merged with other Google data.

We use Google Analytics only with the activated IP anonymization described above. This means that Google will only process your IP address in abbreviated form. A personal relationship can thus be excluded.

We use Google Analytics to analyse the use of our website and to continuously improve individual functions and offers as well as the user experience. By statistically evaluating user behaviour we can improve our offer and make it more interesting for you as a user. This is also our legitimate interest in the processing of the above data by Google. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f) DSGVO.

You can prevent cookies generated by Google Analytics from being saved by making the appropriate settings in your web browser. In this respect, we would like to point out that in this case you may not be able to use all the functions of our website. Google AdWords

Only if you are interested in one of our offers and request information by email we use our website "Google Adwords", a service of Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (hereinafter referred to as: "Google"). Google Adwords enables us to draw attention to our attractive offers on external websites with the help of advertising materials (so-called Google Adwords). This enables us to determine how successful individual advertising measures are. These advertising media are delivered by Google via so-called "Ad Servers". We use so-called ad server cookies for this purpose, by means of which certain parameters for measuring success, such as the insertion of ads or clicks by users, can be measured. If you access our website via a Google ad, Google Adwords stores a cookie on your PC.
These cookies usually expire after 30 days. They are not intended to identify you personally. The following information is usually stored as analysis values for this cookie: unique cookie ID, number of ad impressions per placement (frequency), last impression (relevant for post-view conversions), opt-out information (mark that the user no longer wishes to be addressed). These cookies enable Google to recognize your web browser. If a user visits certain pages of an Adwords customer's website and the cookie stored on their computer has not expired, Google and the customer can recognize that the user has clicked on the ad and has been redirected to this page. Each Adwords customer is assigned a different cookie. Cookies cannot therefore be traced via the websites of Adwords customers. We do not collect and process any personal data in the aforementioned advertising measures. We only receive statistical evaluations from Google. On the basis of these evaluations we can recognize which of the used advertising measures are particularly effective. We do not receive any further data from the use of advertising material; in particular, we cannot identify users on the basis of this information. Due to the marketing tools used, your browser automatically establishes a direct connection to the Google server. We have no influence on the extent and further use of the data collected by Google through the use of Google AdWords. To the best of our knowledge, Google will be informed that you have accessed the relevant part of our website or clicked on an ad from us. If you have a Google Account and are registered, Google may associate your visit with your user account. Even if you are not registered with Google or have not logged in, there is a possibility that Google may obtain and store your IP address.

We use Google AdWords for marketing and optimization purposes, especially to serve relevant and interesting ads, improve campaign performance reports and achieve a fair calculation of advertising costs. This is also our legitimate interest in the processing of the above data by the third party provider. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f) GDPR. Furthermore, we ask for your consent according to lit. a).
